I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite television, climate control and a fridge. Location: the hotel was just off Ontario and lake. Also, Ontario Convention Center was around the corner.

I enjoyed the cozy ambiance of my Queen Room. The beds were so comfy. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always ready to assist.
Breakfast selection could use more variety and options.

Hotel as a whole is newly renovated, I truly enjoyed it.
Thank you for an EXCELLENT stay. Make sure to get queen room with media coverage before seeing family, hot tub. The setting is comfy, it's so close to Ontario.

Nice stay for a brief visit
Clean room, spacious room, equipped with a fridge and microwave, making it perfect, and conveniently located near the airport for easy access.
Nothing was particularly disappointing about this stay.

I appreciated the spacious room. The staff was friendly, but the response times could be quicker. I suggest asking for quieter rooms away from outside noise. Dining options nearby make for easy meals. Enjoyed my stay but keep expectations in check!
